Security at Stress Free Meet and Greet

Your Car is parked in a secure car park. The car park is manned 24 hours a day by security staff and regularly patrolled, and has a security fence and entry and exit barriers.

Arrival Procedure

You should call the car park on 07584 095985 when you are about 20 minutes from the airport. Your chauffeur will meet you in the Short Term car park outside the terminal. At the entrance barrier, you’ll need to press the button and take a ticket. You will need to give this to your chauffeur so he or she can get out of the car park. Your chauffeur will meet you at the meeting point just after the barrier, on the right. He or she will be wearing a Stress Free Parking uniform. Your chauffeur will check your car for damage, then you can just walk to check-in. If you’re running late or early, please let the car park know as soon as possible.

Increasing problems with congestion are being reported at Luton airport, and the airport is advising passengers to make sure they arrive with ample time to spare before their flight to avoid the risk of missing it. The official recommendation is to arrive three hours before a long-haul flight, two hours before a European flight and 90 minutes before a domestic flight. At the roundabout at the entrance to the airport, take the third exit and follow the signs for the Short Term car park. At the roundabout outside the terminal, take the last exit into the car park.
